Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. The Service includes social and romantic-matching features and is not directed to anyone under 18. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct

Because Lunara includes profiles, matching, and direct messaging, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users;
• Post or send unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise objectionable content;
• Solicit money from, defraud, or spam other users;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorization, or disrupt the Service;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or build competing services from the Service.

You can block and report other users from within the app. We may review reports and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor user interactions. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

4. Astrological and AI Content Disclaimer

Horoscopes, birth-chart interpretations, compatibility analyses, and AI "Mystic" readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship), may be inaccurate or inconsistent, and should not be relied upon for important decisions. Mystic readings are generated by third-party AI and we do not guarantee their accuracy or suitability.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Lunara offers optional auto-renewing "Mystic" subscriptions. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing you agree that:

• Your subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout (weekly, monthly, or yearly) until you cancel.
• If your plan includes a free trial, you will be charged the stated price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
• We may change pricing; changes apply to billing periods after notice is given.
• Free-tier users receive a limited number of Mystic readings per day; subscribers receive expanded access as described at checkout.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (such as your profile and messages). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as necessary to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to share it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding your user content) — including text, graphics, design, and code — are owned by or licensed to Taco Truck Games, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or logos.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your data.

9. Availability, Changes, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACO TRUCK GAMES, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taco Truck Games, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at lunara@tacotruckgames.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in King County, Washington. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, not as part of a class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first using the Service. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
